ProductMeeting

Summary

ProductMeeting is a web-based framework that can be used to build a meeting manager solution integrated into the ProductCenter PLM system. The solution provides a collection of forms to prepare, review, update and facilitate meetings. In addition, email notification messages can be generated for newly prepared meetings and action items can be captured and tracked through the meeting lifecycle. Meetings that center on the review of content stored in ProductCenter can establish links to those items when the meeting is prepared. Later during the meeting facilitate phase, those items (e.g. drawings, documents, forms, etc.) can be viewed by all attendees of the meeting.

The framework consists of a collection of web-based forms and reports wrapped by a meeting manager application and presented via our ProductDashboard interface. ProductCenter customers who utilize the workflow engine can integrate ProductMeeting into those flows where the process requires a team or committee approval once a meeting has been conducted.

While the presentation engine of ProductMeeting remains constant, most customers prefer to have their preferences for meeting attributes reflected in their meeting forms. This customization effort can be completed in a matter of days once the functional specification document has been finalized and reviewed.
