Summary
The ProductCenter Database Merge Utility from NorthRidge Software
permits a qualified administrator or ProductCenter consultant to
automate the merging of two or more ProductCenter database instances
into one. The consolidation of sites and databases can help reduce
site maintenance costs, eliminate duplicate information and simplify
your information management security policies.
The ProductCenter Database Merge Utility will automatically perform
the following tasks:
- Consolidate administrative objects such as users, groups, classes,
forms, links, baselines and reports.
- Unify workflow objects such as process definitions, process
instances, activities, assignments, post operations and attachments.
- Merge files from your distributed vault and replication spaces.
- Generate analysis reports identifying naming conflicts among
administration and item objects.
- Process several hundred ProductCenter objects per second on
a server class machine.
